This regional study is within “Strengthening the role of political parties and trade unions in promoting women’s political participation\u201d project which is coordinated by the Lebanese Women Democratic Gathering. \u00a0The project is funded by the European Union in partnership with Oxfam Novib, and implemented in five Arab countries through the following organizations:\u00a0 Women\u2019s Studies Center (Occupied Palestine Territory), Centre for Egyptian Women Legal assistance (Egypt), Arab Institute for Human Rights (Tunisia and Morocco), Lebanese Women Democratic Gathering (Lebanon).<\/strong><\/p>\n
