The Lebanese Women Democratic Gathering<\/h3>\n

Gathering launched its documentary film on child marriage under the title \u201cChildhood Under Slavery\u201d, during an event that included representatives from different parliamentary blocs, trade unions, military and security bodies, local and international organizations, and journalists, along with the National Coalition to protect children and child girls from early marriage. A dialogue session was held after the presentation of the documentary with the representatives on the determination of marriage age law to put pressure on the political authority to pass the law submitted by the Women\u2019s Gathering since 2017.<\/p>\n
