In partnership with ActionAid, RDFL organized an intensive two-day training in the Jeb Jennine center, targeting a group of young activists. The training focused on leadership concepts, with a particular emphasis on young women’s leadership.<\/p>\n

Participants explored different leadership styles and their role in driving social change. The sessions also addressed change management skills and strategies to enhance the effective participation of young women in decision-making spaces.<\/p>\n

The workshop was marked by strong engagement from participants, reflected through group activities and role-playing exercises that simulated real-life leadership scenarios.
