Lebanese civil society has lost a dear comrade and colleague, Fadi Al-Sayegh, a prominent member of the Lebanese Union for People with Physical Disabilities.<\/p>\n

We knew him as a dedicated activist and a true believer in human rights. He never tired of advocating for equality, justice, and accessibility, nor of confronting the structural discrimination that excludes entire communities from fair participation in public life.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

With his passing, we lose a free voice\u2014one who believed that rights are not granted, but taken, and that collective struggle is the path toward a more inclusive society.<\/p>\n

We extend our deepest condolences to his family, friends, comrades, and everyone who walked alongside him in the pursuit of human rights.<\/p>\n

We will carry on the path he started, inspired by his legacy, and convinced that true activism lies in the persistence of daily work despite all challenges.<\/p>\n
