The violence has led to mass displacement, civilian casualties, and the destruction of essential infrastructure, leaving thousands of families without safe shelter or access to basic services. Women and girls, in particular, are at heightened risk of gender\u2011based violence, exploitation, in overcrowded shelters and unstable environments.<\/p>\n<p>In response to this urgent crisis, <strong>RDFL is launching the Emergency Response and Stabilization Plan (ERSP)<\/strong> to deliver life\u2011saving protection and Gender based violence services, strengthen community resilience, and ensure continuity of support for survivors.
