Today, RDFL and SIDC had the honor of meeting with Hadja Lahbib, European Commissioner for Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection and Equality, during her visit to Lebanon.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The discussion focused on the realities and challenges faced by women and girls in all their diversity in Lebanon, both before and during the current war, including the growing protection risks, inequalities, exclusion, and the urgent need for sustained feminist and humanitarian action.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The meeting was attended by RDFL President Ms. Layla Mroueh, RDFL Vice President Ms. Sara El Outa, and SIDC Executive Director Ms. Nadia Badran, who highlighted the importance of centering women\u2019s voices and lived experiences in humanitarian response, protection, and recovery efforts.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
