RDFL Emergency Response and Stabilization Plan (ERSP)
Lebanon is facing its most severe regional conflict in decades, which began on February 28, 2026, and quickly escalated into widespread hostilities. The violence has led to mass displacement, civilian casualties, and the destruction of essential infrastructure, leaving thousands of families without safe shelter or access to basic services. Women and girls, in particular, are at heightened risk of gender‑based violence, exploitation, in overcrowded shelters and unstable environments.
In response to this urgent crisis, RDFL is launching the Emergency Response and Stabilization Plan (ERSP) to deliver life‑saving protection and Gender based violence services, strengthen community resilience, and ensure continuity of support for survivors. Through coordinated action the plan combines rapid emergency interventions with early stabilization measures to safeguard vulnerable populations and reinforce community protection systems.
