Closing of the Second Cycle of the “Masidama” Program: Art as a Tool for Expression and Change, Supported by Trocaire and the RDPP Program
At the end of the second cycle of the “Masidama – Thinking Differently About Women and Girls’ Roles” program, the participants presented a special final initiative.
The event featured an interactive theater performance directed by the talented actress Zeina Dakkash, focusing on empowering women through reimagining social roles. The participants used art as a platform to share their experiences and challenges. The ceremony also included a group performance of the song “Masidama,” written and performed by the women themselves, expressing their personal stories and hopes for change.
This initiative was carried out in partnership with Trocaire and supported by the RDPP program, as part of ongoing efforts to promote psychological and social empowerment and to build strong female leadership within the community.
