Focused psychosocial support sessions at the Mina Municipality

Within the framework of the “Haretna” project funded by AFD and Danida, the Lebanese Democratic Women’s Gathering implemented focused psychosocial support sessions at the Mina Municipality headquarters. These sessions targeted women from the neighborhoods of Trab Islam and Trab Christian, aged between 25 and 60 years.
The sessions were designed based on the priorities and needs of the women to strategically align with the Sustainable Recovery Plans (SRPs), providing safe spaces for expressing emotions, sharing experiences, and releasing stress in a comfortable way.
Through interactive social activities, participants enhanced their psychological and social well-being and supported one another with a spirit of solidarity and mutual care.
