Meeting with the Minister of State for Administrative Development to Enhance Women’s Representation in Administrative Positions

The Lebanese Women Democratic Gathering (RDFL), represented by its lawyer Ms. Ghada Nicolas, held a meeting with Dr. Fadi Makki – the Minister of State for Administrative Development, in partnership with Lebanon’s Feminist Platform.

The meeting focused on highlighting the importance of gender equality in women’s participation in administrative roles. The ministry’s plan to enhance women’s representation in these positions was discussed, along with the initiatives and actions it will take to ensure equal opportunities and strengthen the role of women in this sector. The discussion also emphasized the importance of creating a supportive work environment for women, ensuring their active and sustainable participation in administrative fields.
