Training for Young Women on Gender-Based Violence in Baalbek In Partnership with ActionAid

As part of the SPA2 project activities and in partnership with ActionAid, RDFL organized a two-day training at Douris – Baalbek center, focusing on gender-based violence.

The training brought together a group of young women aged between 18 and 35, who were introduced to key concepts such as the forms of violence, gender roles, protection strategies, and reporting mechanisms.

The training included interactive sessions, such as role-playing exercises that reflected the social challenges women face. These activities were presented in a realistic way that highlighted the participants’ awareness and their commitment to driving change.
