Awareness Sessions for Men and Young Men in Tripoli on the Prevention of Gender-Based Violence

As part of its ongoing efforts to raise awareness and prevent gender-based violence (GBV), RDFL, under the “Haretna” project, funded by AFD and Danida, conducted awareness-raising sessions on gender-based violence at the Mina Municipality in Tripoli, as part of the Sustainable Recovery Plans (SRPs).
‏The sessions targeted Lebanese men and adolescent boys from two age groups, 14–17 and 20–60 years old, and focused on the forms and impacts of GBV, as well as the role of men and boys in preventing violence, challenging gender stereotypes, and promoting equality and respect.
