Following Up on the Legislative Process of the Law Criminalizing Child Marriage

As part of the “Not Before 18” campaign, RDFL continues its series of meetings with members of Parliament to follow up on the legislative process of the law criminalizing child marriage, and to push for its referral to the Joint Parliamentary Committees, leading to its discussion in the General Assembly.

The meetings included the office of Deputy Speaker of Parliament Elias Bou Saab, MP Michel Moussa, and Director General of Foreign Affairs at the Parliament Christine Maalouf.
