Implementation of two release sessions for “psychological stress resulting from earthquakes” in Action Aid Center, Baalbek, and the Heliopolis School yard.

On the occasion of International Women’s Day, two stress relief sessions were held for stress resulting from the earthquakes in each of Action Aid Centers in Baalbek, and Heliopolis School yard in Ayaat city, with the participation of around 60 women and girls. The session was preceded by an introduction with the social worker, followed by extensive advices from the  psychotherapist to protect woman and her family physically and psychologically, in addition to suggestive exercises that can help more.
