Roundtable Discussion to Strengthen the Protection of Survivors of Violence

As part of the advocacy efforts led by the Lebanese Women democratic to strengthen protection for survivors of violence and respond to their needs, RDFL, in partnership with TruCare and with the support of RDPP, organized a roundtable discussion titled “Building Survivors’ Confidence: Towards More Effective Institutional Coordination.”

The discussion brought together representatives from the Ministry of Social Affairs, the Internal Security Forces (Unit 1745), the GBV Core Group, and civil society organizations.

The meeting discussed the findings of a study conducted by RDFL on survivors’ trust in institutions and services, and identified practical steps to improve coordination and facilitate survivors’ access to protection and services.
