Training 12 young women on participatory research within the Decision-Making Enhancement Project in Baalbek and Jeb Jennine

As part of the project “Promoting Inclusive Decision-Making for Sustainable Communities in Jeb Jennine and Baalbek”, RDFL, in partnership with ActionAid and with technical support from Aman, trained 12 young women from local youth groups in Baalbek and Jeb Jennine. The training built their skills in participatory research, gender and social norms analysis, research ethics, and qualitative data collection, empowering them as active field researchers who generate knowledge and strengthen women’s role in decision-making for more responsive community programs.
